1 cup strawberries, fresh
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
4 ounces whipped topping, thawed
Fresh fruit of choice (such as apple wedges, pear wedges, whole strawberries, etc.)
Place strawberries in a blender or
food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl, combine puréed strawberries with the yogurt, cinnamon and ginger. Fold in the whipped topping. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.
